Shop History

The creation of Grupo Adão Oculista, Lda. Dates back to March 13, 1962, with the opening of a small establishment with an area of approximately 10 square meters, with a markedly familiar character.To make half a century of existence, the Group’s activity has been adapted and professionalized. Nonetheless, timeless and essential principles for the sustainable development of its activity are maintained: entrepreneurship, permanent innovation, long-term strategic vision, soundness, the rigor of day-to-day management and the efficient use of resources, with an emphasis on the enhancement of human resources. They are proud to be present throughout the geographical area of Greater Porto.

Develops the activity in the areas of audiology, campimetry, contactology, advanced contactology, pttometry, pediatric aptometry, orthoquatology, performs visual traces, visual therapy and tometry. It also has an online sales service – ADAO WEB.
