Shop History

Saftur was founded by the grandfather of the current owner, in 1960, initially based in Praça 9 de Abril and under the name “Agência de Viagens e Turismo Santa Filomena, Limitada”.
Initially, the offer was limited to just renting and transporting people in buses. Thanks to the various excursions promoted, the company has assumed a prominent role, and currently, its main market is travel agencies, having significantly increased its offer over the years, becoming a local reference. However, it continues to have a fleet of buses, maintaining the original essence of the family business.
